Area IX in the Texas FFA Association

Our community is one of the most versatile communities in Texas and home of the greatest students, parents, volunteers, and supporters in the world. Our agriculture consortia ranges from crawfish, rice, alligators and sugarcane farming to raising cattle, goats and hay crops.  We are nestled in one of the finest waterfowl airways of the central fly zone, not to mention our famous wildlife refuges, oyster reefs, and crabbing and fishing markets. We also have some of the finest show cattle and brahman influence cattle herds in Texas.
We are proud to call Winnie, Texas ~ home of the East Chambers FFA Chapter
